Prices & Orders

The products on the website are only available for sale to indvidual or wholesales who can make legally binding contracts.  No contract is created until we have accepted your order and send you an email confirmation.  If you do not receive an email confirmation within one working day please contact us at info@chicleatherwares.com or 852 66121305 to check whether we have received your order. 

 

Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.  All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery & handling charges.  These cost are additional to the listed product price.

 

Delivery

Please refer to shipping policy.  The delivery times are indicative only and the CHIC Leatherwares will not liablefor any failure to observe these delivery times

 

Risk & ownership

The CHIC leatherwars will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier services.  You should consider wheter to obtain any suitable insurance.  All goods are non-refundable once the transition of the ownership.

 

Limitation of Liability

The CHIC leathewares will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the website or for the cost of procurement of subsititue products or resulting from any products purchases or obtained or message received or transaction entered into through the website or resulting unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmission or data or any information contained on the website, including but no limited to, damages or loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if the CHIC leatherwares has been advised of the possibility of such damges.

 

Where any Act of Parliament implies in the Terms and Conditions any term, condition or warranty, annd that Act avoids or prohibits provision in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercised of, or liability under such term condition or warranty, such term condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included in ther Terms and Conditions, however, the liability of the CHIC leatherwares for any breach of such term condtion or warrnaty shall be limited, at the option of the CHIC leatherware, to any one or more of the following :

 

1. If the breach relates to goods :

a) The replacement of goods or supply of equivalent goods

b) The repair of such goods

c) The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods

d) The payment of the cost of having the goods reparied, and

 

2. If the breach relates to services :

a) The supply of services again, or

b) The payment of cost of having the services supplied again.
